We are announcing emergency engineering works that will affect some of our customers.

Affecting: Portsmouth and Wymering
Date & time of maintenance window: 06/04/23- 18:00- 18:30

Service Impact: At risk - Momentary interruptions in service for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.

If your connection does not automatically resume please follow the below instruction to reboot your router.


Technicolor Router reboot instruction:
1. Unplug the power cable from the router. Wait 10 seconds.
2. Plug the power cable back into the router.
3. The top 3 lights being green indicates the service is working.
