The Christmas and New Year holidays are approaching and to ensure that we provide the most stable service possible to our customers during this peak period of annual leave we will be initiating a change freeze.
The change freeze will commence from 00:01 Monday 20th December 2021 and will end at 08:00 on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
The change freeze simply means that we will not schedule any service impacting maintenance or changes to live services during the holiday period. Emergency maintenance to restore service will still be conducted, with approval.
