We are announcing emergency engineering works that will affect some of our Giganet Services.

Affecting: FTTH broadband customers in Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham.

Date & time of maintenance window: 02/06/22 00:01 - 02/06/22 03:00

Service Impact: Momentary interruptions in service for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.

Tasks: Our carrier will be reconfiguring the backhaul circuits for the Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham exchanges to ensure resiliency across their core network is configured, replacing the temporary configuration that was applied following the outage on 22/05/22.
Following this work, resiliency across our carrier’s network shall be engineered and verified. A blackout plan is available should this be required.

We apologise for this emergency maintenance, however it’s our priority to ensure that full resiliency is restored for the affected backhaul circuits.
